Founder + Creative Director

Jake is highly relationship-focused and is most interested in building lasting connections through his dedication to clients and commitment to perfecting their vision. The excitement he sees from clients after a design reveal drives his continuous growth and innovation.

Collaborating with Jake is marked by laughter, expertise, and honesty. His blend of optimism and perfectionism creates exceptional working relationships and extraordinary homes. With a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Idaho, Jake’s passion for residential construction has evolved through diverse experiences in design, fieldwork, estimating, and project management. His focus is now on creating remarkable homes for enthusiastic clients.

Lead Designer

Garrett enjoys designing and developing quality architecture for his growing hometown.

Garrett holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental design from Montana State University. He grew up with a love for a wide range of outdoor activities including hunting, rafting, and snowboarding. His passion for nature guides his work by integrating architecture with the surrounding environment and community. But, on the weekends, you can likely find him on the river or in the mountains.

Architectural Designer

Beau is dedicated to telling a distinct story through each project. His designs reflect the innovative spirit while paying homage to the organic beauty that defines Idaho.

Beau is equipped with a master’s degree in art and architecture from the University of Idaho. Throughout his career, the projects he has been a part of have won multiple awards including awards from the Architecture Master Prize, Architects Newspaper, and Core 77. Born and raised in Idaho, he has a deep connection to the outdoors. His design philosophy seamlessly integrates natural elements, creating spaces that are both functional and aesthetic. When Beau is not at work, he enjoys spending time outdoors wakeboarding, fishing, or camping.

Architectural Designer

An Idaho native, Amelia grew up in the small town of Grangeville, Idaho, immersed in the outdoors – rafting, biking, and skiing through the state's wild landscapes. After living and working in Italy, Beijing, and Germany, she returned home inspired to bring fresh ideas and design to her Idaho communities. With degrees from the University of Idaho and the Staedelschule Architecture Class in Frankfurt, she explored cutting-edge aesthetics and showcased her work at the Venice Architecture Biennale. Amelia believes architecture can tell a personal story – reflecting who we are, what matters to us, and our hopes for the future. Her passion spans architecture, graphic design, textiles, product design, and fine art, and she loves helping clients imagine spaces that express their individual style.

Designer

Samantha is a skilled designer with a background in residential, urban, and commercial architecture. She's committed to crafting spaces that enhance gatherings, emphasizing natural light and a connection to nature.

She collaborates closely with clients to tailor designs that reflect their lifestyle, ensuring their homes are personal and unique.

Outside of work, Samantha explores Boise’s culinary scene and enjoys walks with her dogs. A true Idahoan, she savors all seasons, from skiing in winter to backpacking in summer, always inspired by Idaho's stunning landscapes.
